Position Summary

Assist Enrollment Specialists, RCO Administration management team and RCO DLS in general clerical duties as needed. Assemble new provider packets, complete information on provider applications, copy, file, mail, review provider spreadsheets and miscellaneous other clerical duties as required.

Position Requirements

Must be fluent and able to conduct business in English which includes reading, writing and speaking.

Educational Requirements: High school or college student or graduate

Business Skill Requirements: Take direction and work independently

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Percentage 40

Assemble new provider packets. Prepping provider files or applications by handwriting basic demographics or inputting into provider portals. Proofreading completed applications for missing information. Use PCIS Dictionary 3 to view provider information. Compare spreadsheet to PCIS dictionary 3.

Percentage 25

Filing and photocopying. Create and print file folder labels in Word with provider names

Percentage 20

Preparing envelopes for mailing. Copying and mailing completed applications.

Percentage 10

Reorganize folders in file cabinets. Pull staples and prep provider files for scanning. Empty buckets of scanned files into shred bins.

Percentage 5

Other duties as assigned
